Teton County Search and Rescue Foundation, in partnership with the Bridger Teton Avalanche Center, is proud to present the 7th Annual Wyoming Snow and Avalanche Workshop on October 22-23, 2021. The two-day symposium will be held at the Center for the Arts in downtown Jackson, as well as virtually.
Join us to hear expert speakers and panel discussions take on topics of decision-making, risk management, and snow science. WYSAW is an ideal avenue for backcountry users of all abilities to progress their snow-safety knowledge as we move into avalanche season.
The theater will have limited seating for in-person viewing, but each presentation will be available on livestream. A vendor fair will take place on the lawn to the south of the Center, showcasing top winter products and services. Meanwhile, a huge raffle with amazing prizes will help support TCSAR volunteers.
Let’s all do our part to make sure we don’t have a repeat of the deadly 2020/21 winter.
